Our Travels Plans

We are planning to be in Hydra from Sunday, June 22 through Monday, July 1.

 Can I bring a plus one? 

We are only able to accommodate those who have been listed on the invitation.  Thank you for understanding!

When should we arrive and leave Hydra?

That's up to you! Come and go as your heart desires. We will be on Hydra from June 22-July 1. The wedding is on a Thursday, so we recommend staying the weekend so you can witness and celebrate the Miaoulia Festival that occurs from Friday-Sunday. Check the "What to do" section for more information on this. 

 What will the weather be like? What should I wear?

Hot during the day into late afternoon, usually around 80-95° and humid.  Evenings are cool and breezy. Please see Attire section for what to wear to the wedding.

 Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? 

Both the wedding and the reception is outdoors. 

Will I be able to sit at the ceremony?

There is no seating at the church, so come prepared to stand for about 45 minutes. Reach out if you need accomodations. 

 Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding? 

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us in our shared google drive (See "Share Your Photos Here!" tab above. However, please refrain from having your phone out during the entirety of the ceremony.  

What is for dinner?

Family style Greek dishes will be served. There are many vegetarian options available. Special treat at midnight!
